07 / Questions

A few things
worth knowing.

What exactly is VIVIA?

VIVIA is a wooden-framed digital display that shows live nature. It is designed as an interior object — a window into a real place, not a television and not a photo slideshow.

Are the nature scenes really live?

Yes. Destinations on VIVIA are livestreams from real environments, not repeating recordings. Availability can vary with the camera and the network.

How does VIVIA connect to the internet?

The frame connects over Wi-Fi on your local network. The companion app talks to the frame on that same network.

Can I choose which nature stream to watch?

Yes. The VIVIA companion app lets you switch between the curated destinations that are currently available.

What happens when a livestream goes offline?

Livestreams can drop. VIVIA attempts to restore the current view. We do not promise an automatic jump to a different destination.

Does VIVIA require a subscription?

Access, pricing and any ongoing plans will be shared with pilot partners. Nothing is billed from this website.

Which frames and sizes are available?

Finish, size and placement options are confirmed during the pilot, based on the space. We do not list unconfirmed dimensions here.
